Assingment

1. I would want to use tables because they are easier to make and more understandable.

2. The way you cam imsert a table is by going to the Insert tab on top of the page and go to where it says table and you can either draw it yourself so you can just put the number of columns and rows.

3. The way you know how many columns are needed is by counting every box from the sides and every box going up down. That way you can just merge the cells and it can make it bigger.

4. The way you merge cells is by going to your table highlighting the boxes  that you want to make bigger then you right click the mouse and press "Merge Cells".

5. The way you sort data is by conting the number of Columns and Rows that way you can know its going to be set up.

6. The way you remove gridlines is by right clicking the mouse button when have highlighted the boxes that you wanted.

7. The way you add shading to your graphs is by clicking the box that you want chaded then you go to the top tab where it says design there will be shading and then you can just pick your color.
